About the founders
During a mission to Uganda in 2022, Bram and Jacob’s dream was ignited—to create opportunities for young professionals and entrepreneurs to grow together on a leadership journey. Sense Macres’ vision was sparked by observing many ineffective trainings during their missions—sessions that failed to create real and lasting impact. Committed to do things differently in unlocking human potential, they focus on building resilience in people, companies, and communities. With Jacob’s background in education, training, and banking, and Bram’s expertise in dairy farming and technology, they bring complementary strengths to shaping the Sense Macres concept.
